Our Family Law Division handles dissolution, custody, visitation, international and interstate abductions, removal, support and property matters. We also work extensively in cases involving allegations of domestic violence, including physical and sexual abuse, child protection, parentage (paternity), and adoption.
Our Mental Health and Human Services Division is available for consultations and representation for mental health providers, human services providers, Employee Assistance Providers (EAPs), medical and other related fields. We work extensively in the area of malpractice avoidance with a focus on confidentiality of clinical records, documentation, and practice management. our attorneys have experience in handling healing arts malpractice cases; guardianship and commitment of mentally impaired individuals; elder law; special education, and we work extensively in cases which involve the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations (IDPR) and other administrative law environments.
