Our Telephone Consultation Service (TCS)

Our Telephone Consultation Service (TCS) is designed to provide mental health and human services professionals with a low-cost way to get legal advice regarding almost any practice-related questions. Its emphasis is on primary prevention of professional liability, risk avoidance, and loss of containment. Subscribers have unlimited telephone consultation privileges and ready access to information that can help minimize legal risks and maximize legal opportunities to enhance care delivery.

Clients usually receive answers within one business day—if not within hours—of contacting our office. TCS service hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Membership is available on a sliding fee basis for group practices, institutions, not-for-profit agencies, and EAPs based on agency budget.
