The Law Offices of Nye & Associates, Ltd. has been serving Illinois clients with passion and dedication for more than 45 years. To better fulfill client needs, the majority of our practice focuses on two select areas—family law and mental health and human services law. We deal with people and people problems, family and family problems, and the human services professionals who help.
Our attorneys also provide assistance in administrative law matters and select small business, corporate, and professional practice law and development.
Our philosophy
At The Law Offices of Nye & Associates, Ltd., we believe that litigation should always be the last resort and do all we can to avoid costly courtroom battles. We try to help clients identify the tools and methods they can use to resolve matters peaceably. We educate and consult with clients facing complex problems and, to reduce the emotional and financial cost of a dispute or transaction, encourage cooperation and mediation. If a cooperative resolution is not possible and judicial intervention becomes necessary, our attorneys make every attempt to protect you from excess suffering and grief.
Ultimately, we believe that litigation should not be a cash cow for attorneys—it should be a tool guiding you to a fair and final resolution closing a controversial issue.
